INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 150 g spinach
- 1/2 onion
- 1 avocado
- 2.5 dl of milk
- 1/2 lime
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of Perrins sauce
- Olive oil
Peel and cut the onion into slices. Wash the spinach. Put a pot on the fire with a little olive oil and let the onion poach. Add spinach and leave until leaves soften.Related content Chlorophyll: source of health
Add to the pot 2.5 dl of water and the same amount of milk. Salpimentar the taste. Cover the pot and cook 15 minutes. After that time, remove the pot from the heat and beat the mixture. Let cool.
Peel and cut the avocado into pieces. Spray it with lime juice so it doesn't rust. Add avocado, yogurt and Perrins sauce to the pot. Beat again and leave in the refrigerator until it is very cold.
