INGREDIENTS (4 pers.):- 400 g hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts
- 100 g cocoa powder
- 12 boneless dates
- Whole or vegetable milk

Put in a blender glass two handfuls of nuts, 10 tablespoons of cocoa and 2 dates. Add a splash of milk, just to moisten the cocoa and do not jump when crushing. Grind gradually until you get a dense and relatively homogeneous mass.

Blueberry and white chocolate cake

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 300 g of blueberries
- 1 package of broken dough
- 200 g of white chocolate
- 200 g of whipping cream

Preheat the oven to 175º C. Line a 22 cm mold with the dough. Cut the excess and prick with a fork, being careful not to make large holes. Line with a sheet of baking paper and cover with chickpeas. Bake at medium height 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove the chickpeas and the sheet of paper and bake 5 more minutes.

Chop the white chocolate and put it in a medium bowl. Heat the cream in a saucepan. Just when it is going to boil, remove it from the heat and add it over the chocolate. Let stand a couple of minutes. Mix the cream with the chocolate making circles. Let temper.

Pour the chocolate ganache based on previously baked broken dough. Cool slightly. Wash blueberries well. When the ganache begins to take body, incorporate the blueberries into the ganache. Store in the fridge until the next day, so that the ganache cools well.

Chocolate Muffins

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 300 g of wheat flour
- 80 g of cocoa
- 1 envelope of yeast
- 250 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 2.5 dl of whole milk
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 eggs
- 150 g of dark chocolate with 70% cocoa
- Salt

Mix the flour in a bowl, cocoa, yeast and a pinch of salt; Reserve. In a bowl, mix the milk with the juice of half a lemon and let stand.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until a foamy cream is achieved. Add the melted butter and the two mixtures obtained in the previous step. Mix until integrated. Chop the chocolate into cubes. Reserve 1/4 and add the rest to the dough.

Preheat the oven to 190º C. Fill a muffin pan with the mixture. Spread the chopped chocolate over all the muffins. Bake 20 minutes with heat above and below and without fan. Remove and let cool on a rack.

Chocolate and nut cupcakes

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150 g of butter
- 150 g icing sugar
- 0.5 dl of rum
- 0.5 dl of orange juice
- Cream
- 160 g of California nuts
- Cornstarch
- 1 envelope of yeast
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 15 California nuts

Beat the egg whites of 2 eggs with salt. Reserve the yolks and refrigerate the whites. Melt the butter and mix it with vanilla extract and icing sugar. Add the remaining egg and beat.

Add rum and juice; 0.75 dl of cream, chopped walnuts, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch and an envelope of yeast. Mix well. Incorporate whipped whites into the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line a mold with baking paper. Spread a layer on the paper and bake. When golden brown, remove, add another layer and bake. Repeat until the dough is finished.

Melt chocolate in a bowl over hot water and cut the cake into pieces. Dip each cupcake in chocolate and garnish with half a nut.

Chocolate and Chia Seed Pudding with Yogurt

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 80 g of chia seeds
- Cocoa
- Sugar or sweetener
- 5 dl of milk or vegetable drink
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- Cocoa nibs
- Hazelnuts

Put the chia seeds in a bowl Add 4 tablespoons of cocoa and mix well. Cover with milk or vegetable drink and beat with some rods until no lumps. Add the sugar or sweetener and stir well. Wait 10 minutes, mix again and cover with plastic film. Leave in the fridge for at least 60 minutes.

- 30 g of pure cocoa without sugar

- Nuts

Crush in blender or kitchen robot cooked chickpeas, well washed and drained. Mix with the pure sugar-free cocoa, the soy drink or any other vegetable drink, the vanilla extract spoon, to give a perception of greater sweetness, and the stevia, until you get a fine, uniform cream and without any lumps.

- 300 g of cherries
- Salt

- 1.25 milk or chocolate milkshake
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- Butter
- Lavender flowers

Put all ingredients in a bowl dried (flour, cocoa, sugar, yeast and salt). Then, add the egg, vanilla essence and milk or chocolate milkshake, little by little. Beat until well blended. Cover the bowl with clear plastic wrap and let the mixture stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
