INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 4 hake loins
- 1.5 dl of liquid cream
- 250 g frozen spinach
- 200 g shrimp
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic
- 1 chilli pepper
- Salt
- Pepper


Hake stuffed with prawns: Step 1.

Preheat the oven to 180º C. Put a saucepan on the fire with the cream, 50 g of spinach and a little salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes, remove and go through the blender to get a cream.


Hake stuffed with prawns: Step 2.

Put a pan on the fire with 4 tablespoons of oil. Add the garlic in slices and sauté 3 minutes. Add the rest of the spinach, the peeled prawns and some chilli rings. Keep 2 or 3 minutes.


Hake stuffed with prawns: Step 3.

Open the hake loins, salt and pepper and stuff with the prawns and spinach. Paint with olive oil and bake 10 minutes. Serve the loins on a spinach cream base.
