INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 175 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
- 220 g of flour
- Strawberry jam
- Powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 180º C. Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the 2 egg yolks and beat well. Add vanilla essence. Add the sifted flour and knead until a compact dough is obtained. With the help of a teaspoon, make small portions of dough and form balls. Place on paper in the oven plate.

Make a hole in the center of each cookie with the help of a stake or with the fingertip. Fill the cookie holes with strawberry jam. To do this, use a teaspoon or a pastry bag.

Bake the cookies for 10 to 15 minutes, Until they brown. Remove and let temper a few minutes on a rack. Once they are warm, sprinkle with icing sugar on top.

Remember: Place the cookies on the baking sheet separated from each other, at least five centimeters, to prevent them from sticking together.
