This typical German soup is prepared with several vegetables and of course, potatoes, and although it can be made in the Thermomix the traditional thing is to use a pot.

Difficulty: Easy. Weather: 60 min.

INGREDIENTS (4 people):

- 3 potatoes
- 1 celery
- 3 carrots
- 200 g cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 1 l of vegetable stock
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley

Step 1

Clean, peel and chop onion, leek, celery, carrot and cabbage. Put a casserole on the fire with a jet of olive oil and all the vegetables cut. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Peel and dice the potatoes. Add them to the casserole, next to the onion, leek, celery, carrot and cabbage. Add the vegetable stock. Cook over medium heat 20 minutes. Remove from the fire.

Step 3

Chop some branches of fresh parsley. Salpimentar and spend half of the contents of the casserole through the blender. Mix the beaten part with the rest. Serve the potato soup with chopped parsley on top.
